For a more detailed look at Union Corner visit 505unionave.com Union Corner is a modern boutique residency featuring 23 premium homes in Williamsburg's northside. Each residence is spacious, providing enough room for dining tables and desks to fit beside living room furnishings. Union Corner's finishes are defined by the natural red and grey brick on its facade and the clean lines and bright colors of its interiors, including white granite countertops, white oak flooring, modern bathrooms with grey stone tiling, and LED lighting. Recessed boxed lighting, globe kitchen pendant, beveled doors, and matte black door handles and faucets add to the visual appeal. While all units have attached balconies, the building also offers a furnished rooftop deck for additional outdoor use. Union Corner's prime location is ideal, providing quick access to Manhattan and Brooklyn via the Lorimer L & G trains, found just a few minutes away from the entryway (The G to the 7 train is a great L alternative). Nearby residents have access to a wide array of incredible restaurants, shops, and nightlife found in Williamsburg's Northside, Williamsburg's East Corridor, and Greenpoint just across McCarren Park.
